Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience with MBA from Tier 1/ 2 B-school or 8+ years of recruiting experience without MBA.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruiting team
- Experience developing recruiting hiring plans and building data driven recruiting reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience managing a recruiting team
- Successful track record working with cross functional business leaders to gain approvals on proposals and recommendations.
- Strong business acumen, and experience working with large, complex organizations during periods of growth and change.
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
You will excel at this role, if :
- You have extensive leadership experience from world class large-scale to mid-sized corporate or entrepreneurial environments.
- Demonstrated experience applying a strong process and metrics-informed orientation towards recruiting and building a team of - A- players.
- Executive presence to successfully interact with senior level executive and board members.
- A bias towards data and metrics for decision making and driving day-to-day execution
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Passionate about coaching others with a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team.
- You have a good technology understanding, ideally with a background in software and technology
- You are an excellent team player - putting the needs of the team before yours
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing customer deliverable on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
