- Valuation Management: Monitoring and Assessing valuations reports issued by valuers and arriving at a Fair market valuation of properties requires for mortgage business.

- Valuation Risk Management: Evaluating and assessing the risks involved in property valuation and mitigating the same with various valuation methods and securing the book size with feasible and appropriate LTV.

- Evaluating various properties such as Commercial, Residential, Industrial, etc. for Fair Market Valuation using various valuation techniques with proper due diligence, market research knowledge and references, implying with building bye laws and policies.

- Currently handling an Internal Company Project for APF automation. It consists of developing software with the help of technology team to design online automation process of entire Builder Project Approval which is currently done manually on e-mails.

- This automation helped simplifying the Project approval process with proper due diligence and approval matrix. It created a huge database which intern helped in generating various MIS and Dashboards for analyzing different risks and increasing business potential in builder purchase cases.

- Audit management: Responsible for auditing various valuation reports issued by technical agencies PAN India with sufficient sample size.

- Developing and Monitoring Property price index of Real estate markets which are used to track property price fluctuation and trends which in turn form a data base for property appraisal and valuation
