ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Technical head for TPE business

2. New Product Development for TPE Customers.

3. Maintaining Sample development process, to ensure down team abiding the same.

4. Other routine work of checking things in TPE production and Sample Development.

5. TPE Product development formulation, process parameters & property locking.

6. RM Planning for TPE and attend related meeting.

7. Regular visit to Top customers to increase PR and show the strength of Top Management.

8. Upgrade TPE Production technology use by the company.

9. Active Participation in TPE Market development activities.
