Job Description -
- You will demonstrate sales strategy and leadership focused on Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients in North America
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound leads follow-up and emails
- Connect with prospective clients within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Strategize and drive client pitches and work with the team to develop proposals that address the client's needs, requirements, concerns, and objectives
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest accordingly
- Overall responsible for the Business targets/revenues of the team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Maintain and expand database of prospects in multiple geographies and domains
- Perform effective presentations to prospects
- Responsible for creating plans and preparing a strategy to achieve monthly sales targets and annual sales forecasts
- Train SDRs to develop and nurture high-quality leads, Design and implement effective sales processes to achieve business growth goals
- Inspire and foster a winning Sales culture
Must have Skills -
- 18 - 20+ years of sales experience in IT Services and Solutions
- Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in new client acquisition for custom enterprise applications, web, mobility, ERP, cloud, IoT, AI & cognitive, BI& Analytics
- Ability to do serve and solution sales to acquire new business
- Experience prospecting and qualifying leads, pipeline building, negotiating, and closing deals
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Executive relationships
- Experience recruiting and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to speak, write, and present persuasively
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-starter mind-set to pursue goals with a structured approach
- Bring a high degree of energy and motivation to drive sales growth
- Can orient across multiple customer engagements while maintaining attention to details
