Job Description:
- Conducting Project - Technical and feasibility report for each investment opportunity through third party diligence agencies
- Evaluation of project feasibility report with respect to:
- Approvals, availability of FSI, building plans and the practical impletion of the report on the project site
- Project scheduling, timelines, BOQ level cost details
- Monitoring project progress post investment vis- vis the Business plan:
- Projected and actual work progress, cost incurred etc
- Project Approvals, Tracking & Monitoring
- Periodically assessing the valuation of the property
- Verification of construction as per drawing & estimate
- Periodic reporting of project progress to the Investment Committee
- Assist in Title Diligence w.r.t land use, land regulations, development control norms etc
- Keep abreast of Market and Real estate developments
Essential skills:
- Real Estate, Technical, basic understanding of business models and matters pertaining to real estate finance
- Able to learn new tasks and other matters pertaining to real estate finance.
- Excellent communications skills - written as well as verbal.
- Good presentation skills.
- Financial and Numerical skills
- Experience in project management, development management, project monitoring
