Technical Head - Chemical Process Plant

Requirements for the Role of Technical Head,

Reporting will be to Plant Head

Experience - 15 years approx. with good experience in chemical process plants with extraction and bio fermentation capabilities

Qualification - B.E./ M.E. Chemical Engineering

Key Job responsibilities:

1. Complete responsibility for Plant Maintenance preventive maintenance, repairs and spares, breakdown reduction and all mechanical and engineering needs

2. Responsibility for plant project planning planning and execution of all capex projects, budgeting, project feasibility study and validation of all new equipments

3. Driving cost reduction and optimization of all plant processes and activities, energy conservation and optimization of all utilities

4. Responsible for safety aspects of all plant and machinery safe work practices implementation and trainings, adherence to environmental norms, hazardous waste disposal
