Job Description :
- Leader is responsible for prioritizing, coordinating and leading the execution of technical platform delivery and Service Management across Institutional Banking & Business Banking.
Your responsibilities :
- Work side by side with Product Owners
- Project delivery and Service Management team to ensure the delivery teams are effectively utilized
- Build and lead the team of Delivery scrum teams, Supplier Risk Management and Service Management capabilities.
- Design and implement a framework for continuous improvement, including performance and measurement
Must have :
- Should have worked in ITSM, technical Platform Delivery with an experience in Scrum, Risk Management.
- Business engagement capability across multiple stakeholders
- A deep industry and technical knowledge
- Experience of managing and building out a large teams to deliver high performance outcomes
- Experience in agile methods at scale, experiment driven innovation, and a measurement culture
