Technical Delivery Manager - IT

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for delivering products to customers

- Engagement with Executive and Product level leadership of customers and

- Conduct discovery sessions with all stakeholders and discover the product objectives and customer goals

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Tech Leads, Architect and lead them to find appropriate solutions

- Participate in the Scrum / Agile ceremonies and align the team to customer goals

- Guide the team to rollout products to production and scale it quickly

- Evaluate the Product usage and outcomes and develop hypothesis

- Work with Leadership team in building business and help enabling teams like HR, Finance, Recruitment etc

Responsibilities:

- Has knowledge about Lean startup, Design Thinking & Agile Methodologies

- Ability to learn quickly and apply the learnings

- Ability to collaborate with customer and internal teams

- Has experience in developing logical and Physical architecture

- Has experience in implementing large programs and worked with customer directly

- Understanding of Mobile, Cloud, Big Data, AI technologies

- Ability to review code and design, help engineers in coding

- Good understanding of financial metrics and ability to lead business using the metrics
