Technical Delivery Manager - Insurance Domain

- 10 + years of experience in Technical Delivery management

- Expert knowledge in technical delivery at large scale using third party offshore providers ( pref in insurance )

- Experience of managing complex and large scale system migration programmes

- Experience of managing third party technical delivery providers in offshore context

- Strong technical understanding of software engineering, Enterprise application development and modern engineering practices e.g. Continuous integration, Continuous Delivery, continuous monitoring.

- Experience in Agile project management

- Collegiate and skilled relationship management across multiple stakeholders and cultures

- Understanding of industry and market conditions and trends

- Analytical mindset - to critically analyse plans and highlight risks and gaps
