Technical Delivery Lead - Oracle Middleware

Application Technology Leader is expected to lead the competency and Delivery groups for all application technology areas within Oracle Solutions practice. Application Technology areas covers all ERP Techstack components for Application integration, Usability, Development frameworks, BI & Analytics, Enterprise security, content management, Enterprise management, Engineered high end systems and Database technologies

- 15+ to 20 years of experience in the ERP arena with focus on Middleware and application internal Technology competency and Delivery

- Must be managing a portfolio of Implementations / Programs in the Oracle ERP (EBS / PeopleSoft / Fusion Apps) space with Fusion Middleware components, Oracle database technologies and Exa engineered systems.

- Experience in executing Large Technology engagements / Global implementations with large FORTUNE 100 / 500 logos

- In depth Technology expertise in many of the areas mentioned

- Strong experience in complex trouble shooting across application and technology stack

- Experience in conducting Technology assessments and drawing Technology roadmap in line with company business plans

- Hands-on experience in at least 6-10 Implementations, as Technology consultant / Track Lead / Project Manager

- Thought leader in the Application Technology space

- Experience in developing and managing competency / COE for Middleware and application Technology areas

- BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent

- Experience in Tools and products development in the space will be a great advantage

- Global Exposure, with at least 4-6 years of onsite experience in USA or Europe or ME preferred.

- Should bring in a Consultative approach to Presales / Solution Delivery

- Experience in Business Development
