JD - DLS Ops Manager.

- 8+ years of experience in a technical data management role i.e. data annotation expert, data labeling etc.

- Responsible for delivering data labeling projects and building high performing teams ( team size 100+ FTE's).

- Hands-on working experience on data labeling tools and experience working directly with engineering teams.

- Analyse and report on the key operating metrics for the team across a wide range of stakeholders and mediate amongst competing priorities.

- Experience working with external customers across industries.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to audiences of different levels of technical, business, and organization responsibility.
