Qualification: Applicants should be Electrical/Mechanical Engineers
Experience: More than 6 years of experience in cost consulting or construction consulting company / renowned developer / EPC construction company in real estate sector

- Make budget for various projects and monitor those budgets to ensure no over runs at various stages

- Detailed cost to complete on GFC drawings for all ongoing projects

- To gather prevalent market prices of construction material/ items
- Prepare BOQs and provide support in tendering
Marketing & Sales :
- Understanding of consumer insights, preferences, information of surrounding projects, pricing, price benchmarking, units for sale, product design, ticket price
- Basis above seek inputs on amenities to provide in budget and exchange data on costing w.r.t. amenities and finishing specifications
