Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant
Location: Noida or Remote
Joining: 15- 20 days (immediate joiner preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should have 8+ years of industry/consulting experience in implementation and support (Core HRMS, Payroll).
- Oracle EBS R12 Technical consultant with proven experience in supporting and enhancing HR and Payroll. Must have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing HR.
- 8+ years of work experience on EBS payroll.
- He/ she assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. And also supports the HR/Payroll departments with analysis reports generation, and trains employees on system usage.
- Oracle HCM Technical skills - Fast Formula, BI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, PL/SQL, SQL.
- Should set up Business Groups, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.
- Should create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT, and EIT for employees of the organization.
- Should define all necessary pay components and link with appropriate elements for payroll processes.
- Experience in creating workflow and security for the module.
- Exposure to personalization.
- Should be conversant with Fast Formula, Data uploads for HRMS as well as Payroll.
