Technical Co-Founder/CTO - Startup

What we're looking for: 

- We are looking for a world-class engineer who can scale products from 0 to millions users. As an early employee you would have the opportunity to shape key technical and product decisions for the matchmaking app of the future. Matchmaking industry is a complex industry so there will be no shortage of hard problems to solve as we grow.

- We don't care about the tech stack you want to use. However, we would prefer React Native on the front-end and Node.js and MongoDB hosted on GCP/AWS on the back-end. An ideal candidate would have experience with these technologies, as well as an eye for design. That being said, there are no strict requirements for this job other than having a strong technical background and the entrepreneurial drive to build a huge company from the ground up.

You are confident and adaptable technology leader who has served in a variety of delivery and advisory roles. An inspiring day-to-day leader with a track record of improving the motivation and efficiency of technical teams.

 Qualifications :

- 5+ years experience in a software engineering role.

- Strong architecture skills with a particular focus on the design of real-time distributed systems and consumer products.

- Evangelist and early adopter for modern software methods, including open-source, agile methodologies, and dev-ops.

- Significant experience with scaling products from 0 to millions of users.

- Experience managing large teams, including international/offshore engineering and developer teams, in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

- Organized and self-sufficient and Excited about matchmaking industry.

- Previous experience as a CTO, number two to the CTO, or VP of Engineering within a major, global software company
