Technical Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Job Function: Candidate should have strong communication skills. Understanding Business and systems is mandatory in Banking and IT domain

Primary Skills:

- Candidate should be comfortable in designing and conceiving of solutions that align to high level business objectives and goals

- Candidate should be able to align solutions with any required platform principles (including best practice handling of BRD,FRD)

- Candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and autonomy

- Candidate should have strong communication and thought process to manage large scale projects and domestic/international stakeholders

- Candidate should have strong documentation skills and expert in creating BRD, SRS and User stories

- Candidate must have strong Requirement Planning, Elicitation and Requirement analysis skills

- Candidate should be comfortable with Requirement Management Process

- Candidate should be good at creating activity diagrams, flow charts

- Candidate should have basic understanding of RDBMS database concepts

- Candidate should be good in creating wireframes,User Stories,use cases added advantage

Project related skills:

- Candidate should have good understanding of Agile,SDLC project management framework and write requirements as per project management methodology

- Strong communication skill and ability to manage project stakeholders

- Strong thought process to brainstorm strategic initiatives

- Leadership abilities, problem solving and strong co-ordination is must have

- Candidate should be able to grasp the business immediately and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solution fitment
