REQUIREMENT ESSENTIALS:

Experience Range: 3 to 8 Years

Position Purpose :

Job Function: Candidate should have strong communication skills. Understanding Business and systems is mandatory in Lending domain

Primary Skills:

Job Role:

- Manage projects and systems related to Credit Risk, Monitoring and Reporting

- Understand system functionalities, reporting requirements and map user requirements to functionalities, provide solutions

- Create Test Cases, conduct UAT, resolve user issues and understanding gaps

- Ensure proper tracking of issues, follow up with vendor for resolution, escalation to seniors for critical issues and timely closure

- Extensive liaison with Credit Monitoring, Operations and IT departments across the bank.

- Prepare reconciliation statements and responses for credit reviews and audit observations

Job Requirements:

- Sound understanding of Credit and Banking Products - Working Capital, Loans, Trade, Forex

- Hands-on experience in Credit Monitoring or Exposure reporting

- Experience in techno-functional profile - test scenarios, UAT, Issue analysis

- Excellent in Microsoft Excel or Power BI

- Overall experience of 3-5 years

- Good interpersonal skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders at once

- CA or MBA will be an advantage
