Technical Business Analyst ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT : Role would require to work with one of the large Indonesian Bank. Bank is transforming / rebuilding its various platforms by Digitalization, which will help, to enhance their customer's experience. Bank has chosen to partnered with Nucleus, on various initiatives. This role would be working on one of the Digital initiative. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Accountable for software projects through all stages of the life cycle - Requirements and Gap Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing support and Warranty support - Produce high quality functional and non-functional specifications documentation for the customer - To effectively facilitate discussions with all the relevant stakeholders - Gathering and analyze business / function requirement - Collaborate with development team to decide good design architecture. - Analyzing functional risk and impact - Documenting project development based on SDLC such as RD, FSD, TSD, and any other documentation - Coordinating with business unit, vendor, and related parties to manage projects such as project timeline, design plan, strategy testing and implementation plan - Efficiently perform story mapping and establish acceptance criteria for business - Prioritize Backlog items - Collaborate with technical team to decompose functional requirements - Collaborate with development team to ensure right development of the functionality - Coordinating with development and testing teams for System Integration Testing - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) workshops with business stakeholders - To monitor progress and provide updates and risks to the Project Manager and Stakeholders - Interact with customer's stakeholders/Product/Application owner to review and get the sign offs for functional deliverables - Validate the business requirements with the development outputs - Able to work independently and guide a team of 8-10 team members - Onsite stint based on business needs and project demands KEY DELIVERABLES : - Functional Specifications Document - Data Analysis artifacts - Design Data Models - Status reports to stakeholders - Updated Sprint Backlog REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION : - Strong background of working in the Banking and Financial sectors for 5+ years - Experience with documentation of API Specification - Experience with project documentation based on SDLC - Experience with database query - Experience with handling multiple projects in parallel - Experience with domain areas- lending, mortgage, loyalty - Strong analyze function requirement - Experience with Open API's - User Stories, UML, Use case and sequence diagrams - Adept at conducting system and requirement analysis - Experience in Testing Processes - Ability to standardize the development process as aligned to business needs - Skilled at using modelling tools - Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills - Carries good analytical and problem solving skills
