Job Description :

Experience : 12-20 years

- The skill set that you specified below is very opt for Sr. Architect position. In addition to below, we would like to add documentation and presentation skills.

Java resource with focus on tool development and automation of manual processes.

- Strong core Java back ground

- An understanding of JVM tuning options available on any of the J2EE server like Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, Oracle Application Server (Good to have - Knowledge part should be fine)

- An understanding of Java Garbage collector algorithm/policy tuning

- Programme Manager with good experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Banking domain is a must.

- Should be aware of all aspects of project management starting from Project initiation to project closure.

- Very good communication skills.

- Should be strong in project execution, costing, budgeting, monitoring and control especially with respect to controlling variances.

- 50 % in to functional role of program manager and 50% in to technical aspects of Java applications.

- Java Certification will be preferred
