Role: Technical Architect

Desired Experience Range: 12+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Enterprise Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.

- Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to the client.

- Have ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and industry best practices.

- Take a hands-on role in successful enterprise implementations in the areas of technical architecture and integration, customizations and extensions to product functionality.

- Contribute excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Lead and mentor the development team on the project.

- Should be able to understand Agile and Hybrid models of development.

- Should be able to create all forms of technical documentation.

- Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and teammates; serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical salesforce.com and partner colleagues.

- Building relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single or your current project.

- Work collaboratively and have very strong communication skills, especially in teaching complex concepts and creative, prescriptive thinking.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral competency):

Must-Have:

- 8+ years experience in developing technology solutions.

- Certifications - ADM, DEV & Advanced DEV.

- Knowledge of Delivery and Development methodologies.

- Experience with Integration Patterns and Platforms, Common Boundary Systems, ETL tools.

- Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on constructive feedback/coaching and make definitive changes; self-awareness and the ability to adapt communication and interaction styles to best suit an audience, situation, or desired outcome.

- Detail and quality oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Good-to-Have:

- Certifications - Service Cloud / Sales Cloud Certification.

- Added Advantage - Technical Architect Certification & Mobile platform expertise.
