Technical Architect - PHP/LAMP

Looking for person who are expert in followings:

- PHP

- LAMP

- CMS tools - (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress)

- Social Media apps development / integration - (Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn / Google etc etc)

- Mobile apps (Hands on / Knowledge)

- Leads the definition and execution phase of multiple projects, managing multiple work streams and levels of colleagues, possibly including team members from the user experience and project management disciplines

- Highlights technical issues and risks and builds project plans to mitigate those risks

- Develops detailed and accurate statements of work, with client partners and client directors, to minimise delivery and commercial risk.

- Develops technical project plans, using appropriate members of the development team, presents plans to clients effectively and protects estimates

- Owns the technical sections of sales proposals, creates innovative solutions within budgetary constraints and works with client partners and client directors to sell technical vision

- Presents the business benefits of technical solutions and participates actively in brainstorming sessions with representatives from the other delivery disciplines

- Completes high-level technical designs and facilitates effective handover to the development team prior to the implementation phase of a project

- Possesses first-class presentation skills and written communication skills, communicating technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients. Can present delivery approaches used by user experience colleagues and communicate the benefits and approaches to information architecture, design and copywriting. Develops sales and negotiation skills whilst in the role

- Provides 360 feedback for team members where appropriate as agreed with Project Managers

- Conducts timely, fair and accurate project reviews for team members, using the standard templates, where appropriate and as agreed with Project Manager

- Conducts self, and communicates, professionally with clients and colleagues

- Works pro actively with PM to ensure completion of project reviews for self

- Makes use of appropriate research materials (Internet, publications etc) to ensure skills and knowledge remain current

- Maximises billable hours through making oneself available for client work. Makes best use of non-billable hours by working on internal initiatives, business development and self-development.
