Title : Technical Architect

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+ years

Role : Architect for 2 streams of Agile Development

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Should have a minimum of 10 years work experience out of which at least 2 years should be in an agile development environment

- Should have worked on .Net technologies

- Expertise in Agile-Scrum practices, values and tools, and implementation experience

- Very good knowledge and understanding of OOPs concepts, Design Patterns, best practices and coding standards, conceptual modelling Skills

- Perform Code Reviews and develop POCs

- Guiding and training teams on technology and best practices

- Able to asses and coach teams to attain higher levels of maturity

- Good understanding of metrics and ability to predict

- Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Technical Skill:

- .Net 4.0

- MVC 4

- MS SQL Server 2008 R2 / 2012

- Design Patterns

- Orchard CMS Communication:

- Strong command of English (written, spoken and understanding)

- Able to articulate concepts and ideas clearly

- Maintains a professional attitude and demeanour

- Listens to instruction and asks appropriate questions

- Share knowledge gained and lessons learned from education and experience
