Technical Architect/Manager - Digital

This is Amit from Mount Talent consulting from in Noida. We are having opening for Technical Architect position with a leading organization in Digital domain.

Exp. – 12+Yrs

Location - Bangalore

Qualification – B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.S. from premiere institute .

Required Qualifications :-

- 12+ years of professional software development experience developing mission-critical applications (preferably Web applications) in a production UNIX environment with at least 3 years in an architect role

- 6+ years experience building complex systems. Experience in building large-scale distributed systems is a big plus

- Experience in production web-scale systems characterized by high-end performance, reliability, availability, scalability, security

- Background in writing high performance and readily scalable, 24x7 operating environments will be very valuable

- Strong technical skills in C/C++/Core Java, XML, MySQL, Oracle, UNIX, Apache and Tomcat/JBoss

- Deep Expertise in two or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases (or Large Data stores) / Networking / OS / Distributed Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services

- Deep understanding of the software development process, especially agile software development

- History of delivering successful software products on time

- Experience in resource scheduling, task decomposition, and risk management in an Agile environment

- Experience with globalization/internationalization/localization (e.g. Unicode, etc.)

- Experience with AJAX and client-side programming techniques

- Knowledge and prior work experience on data modeling, security, performance, and scalability

- Good understanding of various Machine Learning and Data Mining algorithms.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

- Strong technical leadership qualities.

- Strong debugging/diagnostic and analytical skills.

- Can learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (MS or higher preferred).

- Contributions in external forums (conferences, publications, blogs, open source) a plus.

- Exposure to/membership of standards or technology bodies.

- Published papers and/or presentations in public forums preferred.

- Exposure to/membership of standards or technology bodies.
