Technical Architect - Java/.Net Development

Key Accountabilities - 

- Architect, Lead and support an Agile Development Capability to build best in class solutions. It may or may not involve direct people management. Preferably an individual contributor with deep knowledge & experience in app development.

- Lead and participate in design and development of fully self-service and automated solutions with REST based APIs Services and orchestrated framework.

- Support an existing development effort, own completely new development efforts and refactor existing applications with micro services based architecture.

- Demonstrate leadership abilities, navigate the wider technology organization, build relationship to help agenda with our critical technology partners spread across globe.

- Participate in strategic planning, design and delivery of projects

- Participate in QA, peer reviews & code reviews.

Qualifications - 

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- 10+ years of experience in Java and/or .Net Development

- Expert level proficiency in any of the latest development platforms such as Java 1.8, Python, .Net, etc.

- Expert level proficiency in Web Application development.

- Proficiency in SQL and DB programming

- Expert level proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.

- Experience in building RESTful API backed by Unit Test & QA testing tools, with strong experience in test driven development

- Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC Tools like Jenkins, JIRA, GIT, Confluence etc.

- Hands-on experience on end to end lifecycle of enterprise application development with Micro Services architecture. Knowledge of complete stack of technologies involved including infrastructure, security, build, etc.

- Expert level proficiency in developing application in cloud including VM, Docker, Dynamic and Static container platforms.

- Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to assess and clearly communicate business value and technical and project risk

- Ability to work in matrix organization and high pressure with tight project deadlines.

- Deep knowledge of Cloud, Automated Application Testing and QA will be an added advantage
