POSITION : Technical Architect

LOCATION : Mumbai, India

EDUCATION : B.E./B.C.A/M.C.A/Any other graduation stream

EXPERIENCE : 10 + years of IT experience; 3+ years of hard-core architectural experience

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Primary :

- Hands on experience in leading Enterprise projects using JEE technologies using IBM Websphere / Weblogic / JBoss App servers.

- Hands on experience in customization and maintenance of IBM Sterling OMS / Integrator / Sterling Store / IBM Web Extensions

- Hands on experience in designing solutions driven by orchestration frameworks / ESBs / BPM frameworks

- Hands on experience in designing solutions using Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) design patterns

- Sizing and estimation for the above implementations.

- Hands on experience in Oracle

- Experience on performance monitoring & improvement.

Secondary :

- Ability to design & lead solutions around AWS technologies - Lambda, RDS, API Gateway etc.

- Ability to lead Docker and container-based development

- Experience working with NoSQL Databases like Cassandra, MongoDB, Graph DBs etc.

- Hands on experience with development patterns like microservices and serverless architectures

- Hands on experience of Test Driven Development

- Hands on experience with orchestration frameworks

- Understanding of JavaScript, React, Express.js

- Hands on experience in MySQL / PostgreSQL

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Interfacing with key stakeholders like Product Management group/Software specification group to participate in discussions.

- Involvement in High level design proposals.

- Prepare and Review low-level design documents.

- Modeling - business process, logical & physical (data).

- Identify candidate and alternative architecture & designs & do trade off analysis.

- Prepare architectural & design docs and presentations.

- Identify solutions.

- Participate in designing frameworks.

- Sets standards and best practices in design & development for project team.

- Should have been involved in Prototype, experiment (POC) & simulate.

- Support scoping activities.

- Identify technical risks and mitigate them.

- Ensures performance considerations are part of design and implementation.
