DESIGNATION : TECHNICAL ARCHITECT  Job Duties & Responsibilities  - Guardian of Technical Excellence  - Expert knowledge of all commonly used platforms, architectures and frameworks  - Expert knowledge of all common design patterns and its applications.  - Complete understanding of the development process.  - Ability to quickly solve/troubleshoot complex technical challenges  - Perform structured/planned/formal code reviews  - Act as a mentor for senior members on the team.  - Taking responsibility and ownership of individual and team deliverables  - Reviewing & Evaluation of individual performance  - Managing goals for team members and providing regular feedback  - Discuss team related performance/compensation issues with his/her supervisor  - Responsible for ensuring process compliance (including Jira and product documentation) within the team in collaboration with Scrum Master  - Conducting Technical Interviews  - Actively participate in design sessions  - Collaborate to ensure implementation matches proposed architecture/design  - Actively identify opportunities to mentor and guide team members  - Ensure cross-team collaboration  - Interacting with third party vendors  Skills  - Good Communication & Presentation Skills  - Technical certifications (Good to Have)  - Coordinating with outsourced resources  - Process Compliance & Quality Procedures  - Team Appraisal Activity and Recognition  - Participate in recruiting and on-boarding of new hires  Technical Skills  - Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, WCF, WPF, ASP.Net MVC, WebApi, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .Net Framework 4 and above.  - Experience in C#/VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, XML, AJAX, REST protocols, Telerik's controls like WPF and Kendo etc.  - Strong DB (SQL) programming skills including best practices for performance/scalability  Education - Technical Graduate - BE, BTech, M.Tech, MSc (Computer Science),  - Experience:12-15 years
