Note: Should have startup experience in designing architecture for both Web Application and Mobile Application.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities :

1. Utilize technical expertise to create system requirements, perform design and analysis, and coding standards, code reviews, unit testing, source control management and build processes of complex to highly complex system functionality and/or defect correction across multiple platforms.

2. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.

3. Optimize application code and database queries for maximum efficiency

4. Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented engineers.

5. Be responsible for all aspects of software development - from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development.

Skill sets :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, design, development and deployment of containerized microservices using Spring boot.

3. Proficiency in understanding of databases, familiarity with containerization tools, knowledge of orchestration platforms, experience with API design, understanding of micro-services patterns and principles.

4. Experience in API Gateway and Service Mesh for secured, scalable and resilient deployment of microservices. Hands-on expertise on AWS and related services.

5. Ability to integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between the mobile app and server-side components.

6. Strong expertise on Observability patterns and hands-on experience on designing and implementing it using latest tools and technologies.

7. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles

8. Expertise on code branching strategy for continuous delivery.

9. Leverage REST principles to produce and consume Restful web services. Integrate with backend service like JMS, ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA, etc), JDBC.

10. Work with Distributed Streaming Technology, Apache Kafka for Producing, Consuming and Streaming the Events. Design applications using microservices architecture and implementation.

11. Perform database design and optimization with Relational Databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

12. Work with Gradle as build tool and GitLab as Source Control around continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure. Deploy the applications in container-based APIs using container frameworks like OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.

13. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

14. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
