Job Description - This role is for someone who has strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail. An individual with Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT with a minimum 7+ years of experience is preferred.

Description

As a Technical Architect, you will work as part of a team to deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions to an organisation.

- Testing Applications Systems: Designs, plans and leads testing efforts and coordinates feedback of test results. Develops test cases and files. Conducts unit, system, stress, integration and/or user testing to ensure requirements are met. Oversees acceptance testing and ensures application meets specifications.

- Quality Assurance: Develops methods, procedures and quality objectives including metrics for assessing progress. Adheres to quality standards, procedures and objectives. Reviews modules for quality assurance and checks compliance with standards and SLAs.

- Release Management: Makes modules production-ready by moving them to libraries, completing forms, following procedures, completing version control documents, verifying versions, etc.

- Product/Service Evaluation: Helps in evaluating COTS solutions.

Profile

Candidate must have experience in a Technical/Project Lead role, fulfilling requirements with particular attention to security, scalability, performance, availability and cost/revenue optimisation.

- Expertise in Responsive Web design patterns and experience with client-side frameworks such as frameworks JQuery, Angular JS, Knockout & Bootstrap.

- Hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Unified Modelling Language (UML), stateless distributed architectures, and designing for scalability and performance.

- Expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), principles, and patterns at enterprise level and understanding of event-driven and delegate-based design paradigms.

- Extensive experience with the MVC architecture pattern for applications and the Entity Framework.
