Job Purpose :

Incumbent will require to oversee the following :

- Review and approve collateral valuation reports

- Travel to locations to review Valuer performance

- Visit under-construction projects and meet developers; approximately 3-5 days travelling every month

- Coordinating Sampling exercise for Valuation Reports from locations, reviewing performance of Valuers & suggesting corrective measures

- Consolidation of quarterly project monitoring report and recommend credit actions / tightening / relaxing based on project progress

- Annual developer review and recommendation for approval by risk manager, review of credit notes for new developer and project approval

- On-going review of under-construction market & industry/developer feedback, implement control & monitoring of under-construction exposure, engage with real estate consultants viz. Cushman Wakefield etc. to monitor property prices in BUC projects
