Educational Qualification:- B.E Civil Location:- Mumbai Major Job Responsibility:- - Understanding project brief and business requirements from the client - Preparing Project Execution Plan and formulating Project Strategy for client's approval - Assisting client in appointment of architects and consultants and conducting Design Review Meetings with appointed architects and consultants - Preparing project budgets, Master Schedule, baseline and Quality plan for the project - Discussing and finalizing Procurement Strategy with the client - Pre-qualification of vendors and shortlisting suitable bidders for the project - Running complete procurement process as per agreed strategy and onboarding of appointed contractors / vendors - Managing mobilization of contractors and site kick-off meeting with concerned stakeholders and developer - Ensuring execution of site works as per approved drawings, specifications and makes - Conducting Weekly Progress Review meetings and issuing minutes of the same - Verifying measurement and invoice certification for contractor's works done - Raising flags and seeking client's intervention for critical open issues in the project - Closing audit observations at Pre-construction, Construction and post-construction stages - Ensuring successful project completion within agreed time, approved budget and desired quality
