Technical Advisor / COO - Fabric Plant - Ahmedabad Our client is engaged into manufacturing of Woven fabrics. - They are engaged into dying, processing and weaving of fabric at its unit in Western part of India. - Heading the fabric Plant with the responsibility of sampling and product development, setting the shade recipe, process control, shade control Mange the factory, basically need to be strong in Managerial Skills and also have technical knowledge of cloth industry from Fibre to fabric. - To lead and direct manufacturing operations, Emphasizing systematic approach to processes like material planning, production, Optimize on Quality, Cost &amp; Delivery. Generating shared vision with management team. Desired Candidate Profile : - B.E. / B.Tech (Textile) or M.E. / M Tech. (Textile) + MBA&nbsp;with 25-30 years experience in fabric preferably in a senior position with complete knowledge of recipe, product development, Quality control, Spinning and weaving. - Drive performance improvement and efficiencies - Financial management &amp; control - Operational excellence, sustainable bottom-line initiatives &amp; Team Management - Required to turnaround business operations
