Technical Account Manager - Customer success - Video Technology company
Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to identify their requirements and provide guidance on our products to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and our technical team to ensure seamless integration, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer success.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and upsell to existing customers, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Measuring and reporting on customer success metrics and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Achieving upsell targets through identifying and presenting relevant solutions that meet customer requirements.
- As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that our products meet their requirements, and identifying opportunities for growth and upsell.
- You will also need to develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to customers.
- Achieving your upsell targets will be critical to the success of this role, as it will contribute to the growth and profitability of our business.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
- Strong technical background with experience in software development or infrastructure architecture
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, with experience using customer success tools and platforms
