Hiring for Business Analyst (Experience in retail or E-commerce Domain)

Job Description :

- Ensures clear understanding of customers requirements, in validating the business process analysis of the customer before developing the final proposal

- Conducts business requirements reviews, Develops functional designs; identifies risks and benefits of alternate designs; assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholders, analyses marketplace, industry, company, technology trends, and best practices, vendor products, and services, etc.

- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.

- Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with clients on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.

- Prior to UAT validating that solution meets business requirements.

Job Specification :

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst. (prefer Retail Domain experience)

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good analytical, logical and reasoning skills
