About the role:

We are looking for a self-driven, result from oriented & enthusiastic Media Director to lead our Media planning & buying a team to deliver effective media campaigns. The individual would be involved in new pitches as well as existing clients and would be responsible for driving the media business unit within the organization.

Responsibilities: (Including, not restricted to)

1. Lead a team of media planners & buyers & bring in optimum efficiency

2. Lead the planning, execution & reporting of all media campaigns

3. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

4. Contributing to our new business pitches

5. Analyze & evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

6. Provide thought leadership and perspective for the adoption of new technology where appropriate

7. Stay abreast of industry insights that directly and indirectly impact the client

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong media knowledge with approximately 8-12 years of experience

- Should have to lead a team of at least 6 media experts and an experience of building cohesive and long-lasting teams based on sound organizational culture

- Believe that ideas are paramount and that their impact is best served to brand's consumers in an integrated manner

- Must have demonstrated capabilities in leading large integrated campaigns

- Strong revenue and profitability focus, with an ability to track business metrics on a regular basis

- Strong people management, iron-clad integrity

- Entrepreneurial, and possess a proactive approach with a strong bias for action

- A deep desire and commitment to creating truly outstanding output at all times

- Should be a visionary
