Job Description:

This leadership role requires deep subject matter expertise, team leadership experience and strong operational skills across the full suite Digital media services offered by Techmagnate. Expertise in CDP (Customer Data Platforms), Market Analysis, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership to the business unit to increase the company's revenue and achieve the sales target by the team

- Develop and own overall Strategy and Business Plan, and overall P&L

- Oversee multiple teams, such as Business Development & Operations, Analytics and Solution Engineering. Collaborate with multiple functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and

- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners

- Contribute to product and capability development, as well as overall value proposition and acquisition strategy

- Identify and Prioritize Partnerships: Research and analyze potential partners to identify the right fit for Techmagnate's products. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the partner landscape in the industry.

- Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners. Act as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and collaboration to ensure successful partnerships.

- Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions align with Techmagnate's business objectives and deliver mutual value.

- Onboard and Enable Partners: Guide partners through the onboarding process and provide necessary training and resources to facilitate their integration with Techmagnagte products.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor partnership performance and KPIs. Prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for new partnerships and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Technical skills & background: Relevant Saas product sales role with complete exposure to Digital Media strategy having worked in an India Client facing role, client consulting, revenue, P&L & team management Detailed knowledge in Content Analytics, Branding Ananlytics, CDP (Customer Data Platforms)

Mandatory Qualifications-

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales or alliance roles, particularly within the Saas industry.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products

- Soft Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, persuasion abilities, leadership, business thought leadership, entrepreneurial.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret partnership performance metrics.

- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven and motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
