Head- performance Marketing Role expectation : - Head of Performance Marketing should have exceptional knowledge of all disciplines of digital, proven experience in managing and leading team across the various disciplines. - Incumbent should understand current and future digital trends and should be a hands-on practitioner for strategies and tactics. Candidate should have a customer-centric mindset and the ability to operate on both a strategic, tactical level. - Responsibilities: Head of Performance Marketing will be overseeing the delivery, strategic vision and operational execution for all Affiliate and paid Media. - Lead all efforts and goals on all client campaigns Affiliate and digital paid media: - Manage all affiliate activity like CPL, CPI, CPV, CPS, CPA etc - Social paid ads, App Install, performance marketing &amp; Media buying. - Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact - RFP / Presales Support - Flagship account growth - Building High-Performance culture - Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets Key Skills Set / Requirements: - 6+ years- experience in managing affiliate - Excellence in handling a big team size - Proven track record building strategy from scratch - Varied industry exposure in running Affiliate and Display campaigns focusing on site visits, registrations, sales and app installs - Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of online marketing, audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer like Hasoffer, Affise. - Understanding of Native ads - Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills - Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive - We are looking for a hands-on leader only and not pure people managers. Good to Have: - Experience of the Gaming Industry - Experience in offline/brand marketing would be a plus. - Experience with Marketing Automation - Education from Tier 1 technology/ management institutes would be a plus.
