Roles and Responsibilities :

Data Collection, Analysis and Data Integration :

- Collect and compile data from various sources within the organization

- Utilize Pivot tables to analyze and summarize large datasets.

- Create dynamic reports and dashboards using Pivot table functionalities.

- Apply VLOOKUP functions to merge and integrate data from different sources.

- Ensure seamless data consistency and accuracy through VLOOKUP techniques.

Database & Report Management:

- Maintain and update the MIS database, utilizing advanced Excel functionalities.

- Regularly review and cleanse the database using Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports using advanced Excel features.

- Customize reports based on specific departmental or organizational requirements.

Automation:

- Identify opportunities for automation in data collection and reporting processes.

- Implement automation tools, including macros, to streamline MIS tasks.

Communication:

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using Pivot tables and VLOOKUP to provide insightful information.

Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools, emphasizing Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to MIS functionality.

Documentation:

- Document processes, procedures, and guidelines related to MIS, with a focus on Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and training purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in MIS or data management roles, with expertise in Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, database management systems, and data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
