Key Responsibilities:

- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.

- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending solutions and services as offerings from TJ

- Identifies products and solution selling on new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.

- Manage P&L for your Region, follow-up and manage payment collection for your region and drive revenue for the same

What we are looking for:

- Strong written/verbal communications skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere

- Proven successful track record working as a Corporate Sales Lead role or similar senior roles

- Someone who takes pride in identifying new sales opportunities

- Time Management to ensure service level commitments

- Strong negotiation, strategic planning skills

- Someone who is a Self-driven, hustler and believes in going beyond boundaries

- A multifaceted role with a high degree of ownership and a broad spectrum of opportunities
