About TechGraph: TechGraph is an online news site which publishes news on technology, business, startups, gadgets, and automobiles. 1) Responsibility : - Capture market share by developing/executing on an aggressive advertiser and agency acquisition sales strategy. - Identify, develop, and qualify new advertiser sales leads. - Identify advertiser decision-makers and build strong relationships with advertiser and agencies. - Prospect, cold call to current clients and close net new advertiser contracts. - Understand our competitors- services and selling techniques and be able to sell against them effectively. Maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Work well in a self-directed environment, adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment and a willingness to be an active participant within a team. 2) We are looking for : - Five years proven a track record in business operations, sales, or a related market. - Excited to take risk and can sell ads space to existing and new clients or ads agencies. - Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software. - Superior presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, clearly and concisely. - Ability to work from scratch. The offering: - The company gives you 15% to 35% as a commission for each Ad sale drawn from your side. - Apart from the company, the company will also give you an additional Rs 2,000 - 11,000 as an appreciation bonus. - The company will cover your telephone bill cost only (right now). - Work smart, get stake bigger ( If your work impresses the company, the company will give 3% equity shares of the company.) - The company will also offer you a paid movie tickets, holidays or theme park tickets so that you can spend quality time with your family. (It will start after the second months from joining.)
