Title: Project Manager

Position: Fulltime

Qualification: B.Tech Civil (IIT preferred), MBA (IIM preferred)

Working condition: WFH

Shift Timing: 6AM TO 4PM (Australian Shift)

Required Experience: 5+ years

CTC: As per experience

Note: Candidates having experience with Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. preferred

Brief about the job:

- The Project Manager would be responsible for planning, overseeing and executing projects from inception to implementation, and post-implementation support.

- Alongside day-to-day project execution, the resource would also be responsible for spearheading innovation on the project.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Lead, plan and coordinate a portfolio of client projects from concept initiation to execution, including preparation of project documentation and procedures

- Maintain a high-value healthy project portfolio pipeline

- Prepare Gantt Chart

- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

- Use and continually develop leadership skills

- Deliver projects that meet the approved objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximize value

- Managing performance of the Projects team

- Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Technical Skills:

- 5 years' experience in project management

- Experience with MS Project

- Familiarity with Smartsheet software collaboration and time management tools

- Experience with process improvement and inventory control

- Hands-on experience in using relevant tools and processes to improve project team performance and delivery

- Excellent Presentation skills

- Advanced time management and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working with a team of 15-20 members

- Experience in Mining.

Soft Skills:

- Proven ability in leading and managing multi-functional teams ensuring business value is delivered

- Proven experience in standard project management reporting (budgeting, schedule & resource management)

- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills required to manage competing demands

- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients, teams and other stakeholders in technical and non-technical language
