JD FOR Vice President BUSINESS Development & Growth Strategy in Renewables, ESG, green and sustainable energy technologies & e-mobility.

Required Business Development, strategy & experienced Executives who are quick learners, adaptable to changing business environments & capable of rising to the challenge, with lateral thinking & sound average intellect & intelligence.

Background/Qualifications:

- Environmental Science/Electrical/CDM/Renewables.

- BTech/M Tech only from REPUTED INSTITUTES ONLY.

- MBA candidates with fund raising & startup experience will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 10 years.

Skills:

- Passionate to run start ups involved in cutting edge technology, solutions and products in the renewables & esg space with out of the box thinking, generate ideas & strategy to bring investment and funding.

- Excellent communication & writing/presentation skills, Inter-personal skills, self-initiative & self- motivated, ability to set & achieve goals.

- Should be tech-savvy, social media application depth with PR capabilities.

- Correct English writing and presentation is a must.

Work Location: Mumbai (Work form office)

Salary: Remuneration with fixed & variable components plus shares & equity.

Basic Pay & performance-based incentives & appraisals.

Qualifications:

- MALE CANDIDATES from Mumbai especially ESG, Environmental, Renewables experience most preferred over and above general BD experience.

- MBA candidates will be preferred.

- Experience in cleantech, environmental science, ESG & renewables sector & e-mobility most acceptable.

- experience in public relations/corporate communications or a related field, preferably in a diplomatic or government/corporate setting-media etc.

- Excellent proficiency in English both verbal and written is a must.

- Tech and social media savvy with forward thinking.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Experience in presentation, planning and execution.

- Experience in managing social media accounts and websites.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
