Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, lead generation, and training. The Franchise Development Manager will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to facilitate the growth of the franchise network across Delhi to start with & expand it within the country.
Qualifications
- Experience in franchise sales, business planning, and franchising compulsory
- Ability to generate leads and develop relationships with potential franchisees
- Experience in training and development of franchisees and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the water treatment or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
