- Leverage your extensive experience in tech recruitment to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, specializing in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent.
- Collaborate closely with global hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Talent Sourcing:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier technical talent through various channels, including online platforms, social networks, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop strong relationships with global hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on strategic hiring initiatives.
Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT or technology industry, within a global context.
- Strong global stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the global technology landscape and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to successfully close offers with desirable candidates.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
