Job Description :


- Our client is expanding the team at its Gurgaon & Bangalore office's Capability Center. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and interface with stakeholders for roles across multiple domains like Finance, Employee Experience, IT, Community Support, etc.

Job Details :

- To build a pipeline of top local and passive talent through talent mapping and networking.

- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for roles across all levels

- Partner with business partners, hiring managers, and Talent Operations to build a hiring strategy

- Influence global business leaders and educate hiring managers on the process, interview best practices, and decision making

- Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process

- Find the best, brightest, and most passionate people using new and creative ways to find and engage them

- Effectively manage multiple priorities across the business including project orientation such as a strong focus on diversity and inclusion

- Must have a working knowledge of compensation plans

- Proactive talent mapping; develop custom research, target lists, and sourcing strategies for current and future positions

- Provide key insights to stakeholders through multiple sources of information to enable decision making

- Reporting cadence across key leaders as needed. "Art and Science" approach to recruiting

- Be a consultant by understanding the external market, competitive landscape and aligning to business needs

Candidate Requirement :

- Must have 360-degree experience in managing mid to senior-level roles preferably from the product organization

- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders

- Passion for recruitment with a focus on strong candidate and hiring manager experience

Primary Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

- Must be able to multi-task and be detailed-oriented, strong organization skills are critical

- Should have worked on creative ways of scouting talent beyond traditional Job Boards, like experience in LinkedIn, GitHub, Social hiring, etc.

Qualification & Experience level :

- Bachelor's degree

- 5 to 8 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in a recruiting role/s
