Tech Product Manager - Agri Business

- Should have the ability to work with multiple vendors to drive software development efforts.

- Should be able to coordinate with external partners for API deployments and integration testing of the systems.

- The product manager should maintain all documents including NDAs & MOUs with vendors and partners, Agile Product Backlog (All user stories), Vendor proposals/SoWs, Test Results documents, deployment plans, Project Gantt Charts and budget plans.

- He/ She should be able to conduct and lead multiple meetings in a week with internal and external stakeholders to make sure there is good progress every single day.

- Should be a great communicator to ensure there is proper liaisoning and alignment with the business team at all times (should never assume anything and should seek clarifications and document all decisions at all times).

- Should lead the software release and deployment efforts and should provide ample communication (including release notes) before and after the deployments are done.

- Should take complete ownership of delivering the backlog of features on a continuous basis till the project is complete, and should ensure that the quality of the software is as expected with minimal to zero post-deployment bugs.

- Should be responsible for facilitating vendor payments, ensuring that software licenses and purchased as needed and renewed on time and should ensure compliance with ethical software development practices.

- Should ensure that the intellectual property rights of the company are always safeguarded and should update the management of any breaches as and when it comes to her/his notice.

- Should ensure the safety of the company's hardware, software and any other assets that he/she is using.

- Should be well conversant with one or more tools like JIRA, Confluence & Aasana

- Should be very good at using Office 365 tools like word, excel and PowerPoint.

- Should have excellent analytical skills and should be able to work on reporting and visualization tools like Power BI.

- Should be able to analyse business data and present actionable insights to the business leaders

- Should have prior experience in leading tech product development efforts

- Should be a team player and should be able to manage stakeholder expectations well

- The person in this role is expected to work from Hyderabad and should have the zeal for product design and development

- Excellent written and verbal communications are essential and should be able to manage vendor teams

- The individual should also have a keen understanding of the latest developments in technology and the Agri domain

- Should be an Agri MBA with BTech/BSc/BC with experience of 3-5 years
