Hiring for Territory Sales Head - BIM - USA Location
Territory: USA / Mexico
Target customer's: International customers Architects, General contractors
Roles:
1. Responsible for top line revenues of the territory sales from USA / Mexico region from the value proposition of BIM Services.
2. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
3. Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
4. Determine the company's territory gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies.
5. Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
6. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
7. Provide the necessary support to close deals with the help of backend leads generation team leads and close new deals.
8. Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
9. Develop and review long and short-term sales strategies.
10. Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees.
11. Account management
