Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Architect and design scalable and robust technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in software development and team leadership (6-8 years).

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

- Experience in agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
