- Primarily to build and manage the delivery center - Along with managing operations, the role will closely work with sales and pre-sales to close business and support large bids - The position will manage both voice and back office operations, meet stringent SLAs, CSAT and should have worked on outcome-based revenue projects - Provide support and guidance to delivery managers across different location - Demonstrating thought leadership and lessons learned from the other organizations as appropriate to ensure successful delivery of contracted services levels - Leveraging business acumen, management experience, change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations of the BPO center Desired Skills &amp; Experience: - 10 to 15 years of experience - Superior academic background with consistent performance - Preferred MBA - Should have managed both voice and back office operations Mandatory Skill Sets: - Should have built or managed the Voice and back office support BPO operations. - Preferably E-commerce domain - Business process re-engineering and optimization - SD operation rigor - Should have worked on outcome-based revenue projects
