Requirement :
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, Attrition Analysis role.
- Must have great exposure into BPO sector.
- Comfortable to work in UK Shift (1PM to 10 PM)
- Ability to handle stakeholders at management level.
- Have exposure into grievance handling, performance management, counseling, employee relations, attrition analysis, etc.
- Experience of managing significant organizational change.
- Span of Control - 2000+ employees
- Experience of developing HR Strategy in line with business needs.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
