- Equivalent technical experience; must be hands on with the technology (.net, Java, SQL and Open Source Technologies such as Selenium, Sikuli etc) in addition to being able to drive the productive output of a team of Automation Engineers.

- Education background - BE, MCA, MSc, MBA

- Experience in BPM software or WFMs tools for eg Aspect, IEX

- Experience in RPA solutions and products with hands-on development experience with Process Automation software such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI path etc.

- Leadership and Managerial experience; must be adept at coaching and mentoring staff to think differently about automation, and rapidly expand their technical aptitude in order to drive greater value for the business.

- Technically proficient to understand options available for automating workloads, and technical challenges within the environment which may be influencing poor performance.

- Technical problem solver able to identify multiple parallel options for solving a given business problem.

- Hands on experience with custom scripting highly desired.

- Demonstrated success in challenging the status quo, and always be looking for innovative solutions

- Demonstrated experience delivering automation capabilities that have transformed operations and customer experience

- Proven success in project / program delivery as evidenced by meeting requirements for budget, schedule and quality

- Strong reporting and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to drive change and transformation internally and externally

- End to End Process thinking and ability to work with IT on systems and processes

- Successful in obtaining results in a large corporate, matrix environment

- Demonstrated people leadership and management skills (including direct experience leading, managing and mentoring teams)

- Excellent communication, collaboration team building and relationship management skills

- Ability to communicate technology matters to business partner and senior executives

- Capable of gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale

- Self-starter; strong track record of proactively moving organizations forward by having the foresight to 'see what is around the corner-

- Empowers and motivate others
