Tech Mahindra - Process Consultant - Metals & Mining Industry

The person - 

- Subject Matter Expert of Metals and Mining Industry, overall experience 8-15 years

- Experienced in architecting and delivering Digital/IT solutions for the Industry

- Preference for those who have worked in SAP as production planning /Plant Maintenance consultant/ should have worked as SAP core user/power user/ MES and other factory system experience. Preferable - integration knowledge of ERP/ SAP with 3rd party systems

- Functional and Operational experience in Metals and Mining would be required - ideal candidate would have worked as SME in Business IT for a large Metal or Mining company and as an Industry SME in a consulting/ technology/ product/ research company

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-starter

The role - 

- Responsible for bringing subject matter expertise to pursuits, RfXs, Delivery - roadmaps, PoVs - formulating and presenting solutions for customer to grow business in Metal and Mining vertical

- Identify industry trends (global and local), their potential impact and help develop service offerings for customers in Metal and Mining Industry

- Ready to travel / onsite roles for consulting and system Implementations

- Help create content for Domain training for Delivery, Sales and Presales teams

- Work with regional sales teams to collaboratively growing business in Mining Industry globally

- Should be able to do market research to identify new solutions for the market and its business case for Tech Mahindra

- Thought leadership - articles/ white papers already published / Should be able to publish
